Primrose Women's Health provides comprehensive care for women in the greater Dayton area, for every phase of life from puberty through childbearing and on into menopause. Carrie Cogley APRN is a caring and expert practitioner to have on your side.
Carrie provides trusted and compassionate care while ensuring the well-being of women through education, treatment, and prevention. Carrie is happy to provide a full array of gynecologic services, including well-women care, menopause management, hormone treatments, treatment for incontinence and more.
No surprises! Carrie will tell you what she is doing and will talk to you about all your options and possible testing. If anything doesn't feel right, let's talk about it and we'll reevaluate.

Pricing:

$75 per visit
$300 (includes price of medication lasting ~3 months)
Starting at $600 (Pricing is dependent on how many pellets you receive. Total includes price of medication lasting 4-6 months)
Pricing will be discussed prior to performing any procedure
Offerings:
• 30 min visit
• 60 min visit (this includes all annual/well-woman exams)
• Hormone replacement therapy consult: Two visits: One for consult and one for review of labs and to develop best plan of care (if pellet therapy is the best therapy for you, we will apply $50.00 of your second visit fee to your first insertion)
• Female Pellet Insertion
• Male Pellet Insertion
